Family Law: Significant experience in divorce, child custody, child support, visitation rights and related interstate/international jurisdictional issues. Conducted extensive trial court motion practice in New York State court system, including successful summary judgment motions, motions, and appeal submissions for divorce decree, enforcing visitation rights, change of child support, suspension of child support, change of child custody, and enforcing separation agreement.
Immigration: Extensive experience in family based immigration. Significant experience in adjustment of status, immigrant visa, employment based visa and immigration applications.
Corporate Law: Significant experience in corporate transactions including forming new business entities, business and tax planning, and negotiating and drafting prospectus, stock purchase agreement, underwriting agreement, credit agreement, employment agreement, licensing agreement, and royalty agreement. Significant experience in securities, commodities, derivatives, and banking transactions and regulatory issues.
